I've been doing some deep cleaning the last couple days. Inspiration revealed my target. Fresh floor wax in the bedroom was the ultimate goal. That floor looks really great when the brown speckled tile's shiny bright.

I know better that to try waxing without shaking out everything else in the room first. All dustbunnies and accumulated debris had to be 86'd. My dresser was a disaster! It had been about 2 years...

Everything else in the house had been fluffed up, but my dresser needed attention. Before being in ICU (Nov. 05) was the last time I recall cleaning it. I've taken a year recovering from the cure. In the meantime my various heart-shaped glass and silver containers holding makeup, hair ties, and jewelry stood knee deep in dust.

Endless energy moved me into action. The action became meditation. I feel reborn! The tile floor shines, and so do I. Yippee.

*Oh, here's a little trivia I picked up reading about typical house dust: Human beings shed skin flakes- a gram and a half of them every day! We supply "kibble from heaven" for the dust mite universe.
